1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Fintrics, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Fintrics provides stock analysis, financial reports, and market research tools based on publicly available data sources such as EDGAR and FRED.

3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
- Fintrics may offer different plans with different feature sets and credit allocations.
- Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
4.2 Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Fees are charged in the displayed billing currency
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Refund requests are handled case by case unless otherwise required by law
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to paid features until the current billing period ends.
5. Credits and Usage
- Credits may be used to unlock stocks or reports as described in the product
- Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated
- Unused recurring credits do not roll over unless expressly stated
- One-time credit packs may be subject to separate terms shown at purchase
- Free-tier usage limits may apply
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
- All content on Fintrics, including text, graphics, branding, software, and analysis outputs, is owned by Fintrics or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
6.2 Your Use
- You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
7.1 Data Sources
- Fintrics uses publicly available data sources such as EDGAR and FRED.
- We aim for accuracy, but cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or error-free source data.
7.2 Not Financial Advice
- Fintrics provides analysis and information for educational and informational purposes only.
- Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax recommendations.
- You should use your own judgment and seek qualified support where appropriate.
7.3 No Warranties
- The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
